Kids Martial Arts
Focus, discipline, and anti-bully confidence in a fun, structured environment kids love.
Kids ages 4 to 13 — from shy to spirited
Our kids program groups children by age and stage so every class fits their body and attention span. It's perfect for the quiet child who needs confidence, the high-energy kid who needs an outlet, and everyone in between. Classes are fun and fast-moving, but always built on respect, listening, and teamwork — the habits that carry into school and home.
- Age-grouped classes (4–8 and 9–13)
- Confidence & respect on and off the mat
- A practical anti-bully curriculum
- Focus, listening, and following directions
- Coordination, balance, and healthy energy
- Teamwork and how to make new friends
Kids follow a dedicated youth belt system — white through green with stripes earned along the way — designed to reward effort, attitude, and steady improvement. Each new stripe gives kids a clear goal to work toward and a real moment to be proud of. Promotions celebrate how they show up: focus, respect, and consistency count just as much as technique.

Kids program FAQs
Shy kids often thrive here. Coaches start small, pair new students with friendly training partners, and never put a child on the spot. Within a few classes most kids are laughing, moving, and raising their hand to demonstrate. Building quiet confidence is exactly what this program does.
Yes. Jiu Jitsu is a grappling art — no striking or kicking — practiced on soft mats with close coach supervision and age-appropriate drills. Kids learn control and how to keep both themselves and their partners safe. Safety and respect are the first things we teach, every class.
Just comfortable athletic clothes — a t-shirt and shorts or leggings work great for a first class. No uniform needed to start; we'll help you get a gi once your child decides to join. Bring a water bottle and come with bare feet ready for the mat.
