YOUR BELT PATH

Adults follow the traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu belt system — white, blue, purple, brown, and black — with stripes along the way to mark your progress. Our structured curriculum means you always know your next step and exactly how to earn it. Promotions are based on skill, understanding, and consistency on the mat, never on a calendar.

Adult program FAQs

Absolutely. Most adults who walk in have never set foot on a mat. Our fundamentals classes are designed for exactly that, and coaches scale every drill to your level so you're never thrown into the deep end. Come as you are and start with day one.

The gi is the traditional uniform jacket and pants, and gi training leans on grips and control using the fabric. No-gi is trained in a rash guard and shorts, with a faster, more athletic pace. We run both so you can build a complete game — and you can start with whichever feels more comfortable.

No — you get in shape by showing up. Jiu Jitsu is one of the best full-body workouts around, and it meets you where you are on day one. Take breaks when you need them; your conditioning builds naturally as you keep training.
